our engineers implemented a fix that enables the ability for us to alter card data for online games. This has allowed us to update a number of cards that were having problems since the release of Secrets of Solis. Some fixes could not be made with this method, however, such as card textual errors and rules-engine level issues. A full list of impacted cards can be found below.
Important note: these fixes apply ONLY to online games. Offline games will still use your application’s local data, and these cards will still function with the bugs indicated on our known issues list.
Re-enabled. Stygian Lotus will no longer create additional copies if 15 copies of Stygian Lotus have died that turn.
Lyria, Muse of Varna
Level 3 Lyria now correctly returns creatures into every empty lane.
NOTE: Lyria can still currently return creatures that have been banished, in addition to those that have been destroyed or replaced.
NOTE: Varna’s Pact can still currently return creatures that have been banished, in addition to those that have been destroyed or replaced.
Forge Guardian Omega
Forge Guardian Omega is now properly tagged a Guardian Piece, so it can be used to summon a bigger, badder Forge Guardian Omega.
Forge Guardian Delta levels 2 and 3 no longer count your AND your opponent’s creatures when counting for Alphas, Betas, and Gammas to trigger its enters-the-field ability.
Now correctly deals damage based the damage the creature deals.
Oratek Explosives Level 2 will now correctly trigger with only one legal target for its ability.
Will no longer hang games after selecting one legal target and closing the application.
Blight Witch is now correctly tagged as a “Zombie” and works correctly with zombie-related cards like Xrath’s Will.
Broodfang now correctly applies Poison based on it the damage the creature deals.
Ruthless Wanderers no longer trigger from opposing Ruthless Wanderers entering the field.
