Ouch.  Yeah, it your first damage.  However I need to try and control that Darkshaper 3 of yours.  He can turn this game for you.

Just in time. Echowiisp 3 hits the field on all lanes. Battle makes us trade in lane 1. Lane 4 Wisp kills your shaper and takes 4 damage. I'll continue on my leveling plan and play Techno 3 in lane 1. Leveling Fangwood 1.

Hells yes.  Any feedback would be great.  You have been playing way before I have.  Wink

John Clarke's Turn 14

I'll Enrage my Tenchosmith. Battle. Your Darkshaper dies and Techno is reduced to 6 health. Lane 3 wisp dies reducing Lifeshaper by 10. Wisps will hit you for 20. Tehcnosmith 3 enters the woods and levels Lifeshaper 2.

On your Turn 13, I would definitely have played the Forgeplate 3 instead of the Technosmith 2.  Forgeplate 3 is one of your best cards--you really want it on the field, notwithstanding my Darkshapers.  And Turn 13 is a long way from a shuffle--by turn 17, you hope to have this wrapped up.  So the extra +7/+7 and Armor 5 is a big deal.

Not that I think it'll matter--I'm pretty sure you're going to win this handily. But it's the principle of the thing. :)

Cerebral Paladin's Turn 15
Hand: Lv1 Flameshaper Acolyte, Lv1 Zombie Infantry, Lv1 Vengeful Spirit, Lv1 Fangwood Field, Lv3 Flameshaper Acolyte

Well, I can pretty much wipe the board--that will have to be good enough.  Flameshaper 3 to lane 5.  Flameshaper 1 to Lane 4.  Flameshaper trigger hits your Technosmith in Lane 1, killing it.  Lifeshaper trigger boosts itself.  Combat, and the board wipes except for my Flameshaper 3 holding on.

[Fangwood Field 2]  Lane 3 [Fangwood Field 1]

Yeah.  Your right about that.  I was thinking of that too.  For some reason I lost count of the turn when I reshuffled.
Again.  Sorry for the delay.  She gave me a choice to see This is 40 or Django. Didn't know Django was 2 hour and 45 minutes long.

John Clarke's Turn 15
Hand: Lv1 Enrage, Lv1 Fangwood Field, Lv3 Echowisp, Lv2 Deepbranch Prowler, Lv1 Deepbranch Prowler

O how my Wisp love me. She goes down to lane 3 and invites her 4 other sisters to join the party. Let see if I can put wisp in lane 2 out of range for Flameshaper.

Cerebral Paladin's Turn 15
Hand: Lv1 Flameshaper Acolyte, Lv1 Zombie Infantry, Lv1 Vengeful Spirit, Lv1 Fangwood Field, Lv3 Flameshaper Acolyte

So, the basics of this turn are pretty clear--Flameshaper 3, then a level 1 to trigger both 'shapers to blast away some Echowisps.  Only question is where each card goes, and which level 1.  If each of my cards takes down an opposing Echowisp, I can clear your board.  With my life so low (getting hit by even one Echowisp would cost nearly a quarter of my life, more if you buff it), I don't think I can let anyone slip through.  None of my Lv1s can kill the Enraged Echowisp, so I think my Flameshaper 3 has to go there in Lane 2.  At that point, it hardly matters which one I play, so I might as well level the Flameshaper 1, who goes in Lane 3--almost but not quite getting buffed enough to survive.  I then blast the Echowisps in Lanes 1 and 4 with the triggers, killing them.  Combat:  Lane 5 trades.

That is what I hope would not happen.  But that was to be expected.Confused  Flameshaper is really good.  Fallowed by Darkshaper.

John Clarke's Turn 16
Hand: Lv2 Cavern Hydra, Lv3 Forgeplate Sentry, Lv3 Lifeshaper Savant, Lv2 Chrogias, Lv1 Cavern Hydra

Really good hand. Going to play Lifeshaper 3 in lane 4 for sure. Now the question for me is do I play Forgeplate 3 and just pray you don't get another 'shaper after the shuffle or do I just get rid of Lifeshaper now. Lol. Guess I answered my own question while asking it. I'll play Cavern Hydra 1 in lane 5. Triggering Lifeshaper to target lane 2 Echowisp to pump it big enough to kill your Flameshaper 3. Battles makes us trade in lanes 2 and 3.
Field: CerebralPaladin   Field: John Clarke

I really wanted to play out that Forgeplate Sentry 3.  Just could not let you have a chance of a double shaper set up.

Edit: Forgot to take out Flameshaper 3 from my last turn.

Cerebral Paladin's Turn 16
Hand: Lv1 Druid's Chant, Lv2 Echowisp, Lv1 Deepbranch Prowler, Lv3 Darkshaper Savant, Lv1 Druid's Chant

Darkshaper 3 to Lane 4.  I then have two plays, both of which I really like:  Druid's Chant on Flameshaper, or Deepbranch Prowler to Lane 3.  I think I prefer trying to keep my Flameshaper alive.  Druid's Chant on Flameshaper, both triggers hit  your Lifeshaper.  Combat:  Your hydra dies, my Flameshaper survives.

Ops.  I made a mistype. For some reason I have a Flameshaper 3 in your lane 5 at the end of my turn.  I didn't clear it from the spreadsheet from my last turn.  The only creaturs alive should only be the 2 on my side.

Again I make a mistake on the first post after coming back on.  What can I say?  Just dying to play some Solforge.Embarassed

Oops.  I just copied from your version of the board, and didn't go back to check. :D

Well, let's try that again:

Cerebral Paladin's Turn 16
Hand: Lv1 Druid's Chant, Lv2 Echowisp, Lv1 Deepbranch Prowler, Lv3 Darkshaper Savant, Lv1 Druid's Chant

I'm still going to play the Darkshaper Savant opposite the Lifeshaper.  But then I'm going to play a Deepbranch Prowler against the Cavern Hydra, using the Darkshaper's malus against the Lifeshaper.

John Clarke's Turn 17
Hand: Lv3 Fangwood Field, Lv3 Allonyin General , Lv2 Chrogias, Lv2 Chrogias, Lv3 Echowisp

With only 5 1's left in my deck I could not expect to see them in a timely manner. But this hand works just fine. I'll play Fangwood Field 3 in lane 4 buffing Lifeshaper 3. I'll play Alloyin General in lane 3 to help my Lifeshaper to get pass your Darkshaper. Battle killes your Darkshaper while he does 10 back to my Lifeshaper. Cavern takes 7 while dealing 4 to Deepbranch.

Cerebral Paladin's Turn 17
Hand: Lv1 Vengeful Spirit, Lv3 Fangwood Field, Lv3 Lifeshaper Savant, Lv1 Enrage, Lv1 Druid's Chant

Man, I really want to play that Fangwood Field.  But I just can't afford to, I think.  I have to kill your Savant and set up a kill on your General or I'm toast.  So that means Lifeshaper 3 to Lane 3, Vengeful Spirit to Lane 4.  Bumping my Lifeshaper wouldn't make enough of a difference fighting your General, but buffing my Prowler helps a lot--It goes up to 11/7.  Combat:  Your hydra dies (7 breakthrough), and Lane 4 trades.
